For Teachers/Staff:
Classroom Enrichment Funds
Each teacher gets PTA funding to cover expenses for their classroom experiences.
- $300 for new classrooms, $250 for FT teachers, $100 for PT teachers.

Grade-Level Funds
Funding is apportioned on a per student basis. It is to be used for grade-wide experiences, events, software, etc.

Special Funding Requests:
Special Funding is to cover any funding requests after using classroom enrichment and grade-level funds. Approved special funding requests provide a school-wide benefit.
- Submit the form a few weeks prior to the meeting you will attend to discuss your request (see calendar.) This will allow us to work through details prior to the meeting and be able to present all the information at one time.
- We are happy to work through details, but the more specific you can be as to the item requested the smoother the process!

Use this form to request reimbursement for expenses incurred on behalf of the Turtle Lake PTA. Send the request along with images of original receipts to Leslee Maki at lesmaki@msn.com and cc:TurtleLakePTA@gmail.com
